Job Summary

Build and evolve a centralized customer risk assessment platform that ties together fincrime signals into a unified 360-degree view. You’ll design, develop, and deploy resilient backend microservices in Java (Spring Boot) and build responsive frontends with React and TypeScript. Own reusable risk-mitigation components, improve servicing/compliance workflows, and deliver scalable platform capabilities that other teams can adopt while protecting customer safety.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and deploy resilient full-stack solutions with Java (Spring Boot) microservices and React/TypeScript frontends.
•Create centralized tools that aggregate data across fincrime topologies to provide a unified customer risk view.
•Own and develop common risk mitigation components to enable scalable, standardized servicing workflows.
•Improve servicing and compliance operations by identifying bottlenecks and delivering adaptable platform solutions.
•Take end-to-end ownership from problem discovery through execution planning and shipping to production.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 5,750 - 7,083.33 monthly

Key Requirements

•Strong backend engineering experience, ideally in Java (Spring Boot), building and maintaining scalable microservices in a cloud environment.
•Frontend experience building performant, responsive web apps with React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
•Strong coding standards: clean, scalable, testable code; understanding test coverage, the test pyramid, and code reviews.
•Experience designing and implementing distributed, concurrent systems with tradeoffs for stateful/stateless and synchronous/asynchronous architectures.
•Ability to break down complex projects into incremental milestones and communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams.
