Job Summary

Drive end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs spanning firmware architecture and AI-driven development workflows. Partner with firmware architects, development, validation, and AI innovation teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions for next-generation server and DC GPU products. Establish program structures, manage schedules and dependencies, coordinate distributed teams across North America and Asia, and improve execution efficiency through structured processes and AI-enabled tracking and insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive execution of firmware architecture for Server and DCGPU initiatives, ensuring alignment across architecture, development, validation, and platform teams.
•Lead program management for AI-focused initiatives, including dashboard management, scheduling, prioritization, and execution tracking.
•Establish scalable program structures with integrated schedules, dependency mapping, resource forecasting, and risk management.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams across global locations (North America and Asia) to align deliverables, milestones, and execution priorities.
•Identify execution gaps, risks, and dependencies early and drive mitigation strategies through escalation when necessary.

Key Requirements

•Strong program management fundamentals for technically complex, cross-functional programs.
•Experience with low-level systems software such as firmware, drivers, and SOC/platform development.
•Exposure to AI/ML-driven engineering initiatives and development workflows.
•Ability to operate in highly matrixed organizations and drive alignment without direct authority.
•Agile and/or hybrid development methodology experience in large-scale engineering programs; PMP preferred.
