Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with established standards
•Liaise with Pastry Chef, Sous Chefs, and Manager to ensure timely food preparation and presentation
•Supervise kitchen staff during shifts and ensure training programs are followed
•Maintain hygiene and safety standards and ensure equipment is properly functioning
•Assist in menu development, cost control, and storage procedures

Key Requirements

•Lead kitchen staff and supervise day-to-day operations across shifts
•Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout kitchen areas
•Train staff and implement planned training programs; correct production errors as needed
•Monitor food preparation, presentation, waste, and portion control to achieve target costs
•Coordinate with Pastry Chef, Sous Chefs, and Manager to ensure timely and quality food production
