Crewing Manager

Lead the end-to-end crewing function for all PxGeo vessels, ensuring competent, compliant staffing aligned to operational needs and the Crew Model. Own crew planning and deployment across project pipelines, oversee training/medical/certification and regulatory governance, manage offshore crew queries and payroll inputs, and drive audits and continuous improvement. Govern the Ocean Learning Platform (OLP) for training records, manage manning agencies and contractor pools, and support budgeting and tender inputs.
