Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal support for SKELAR’s Ukrainian corporate structure, including projects of the charitable foundation.
  • •Prepare, analyze, and negotiate contracts for business and infrastructure needs, including work involving foreign jurisdictions.
  • •Conduct KYC on counterparties.
  • •Improve and automate internal processes related to contracts and KYC, and run trainings to increase legal culture.
  • •Advise on legal risks, regulatory changes, and ongoing issues impacting company processes.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in business-focused legal support, including business structuring and contract work (basic international corporate law is a plus).

  • •Practical problem-solving mindset aligned with business goals.
  • •Upper-Intermediate+ English for contract work and communication.
