Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in supporting day-to-day stockroom operations, including logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service.
  • •Provide feedback to store management on required resources to achieve stockroom operational needs and deliver a premium stockroom model.
  • •Drive and ensure compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards within the store back of house.
  • •Help drive store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
  • •Support store management by ensuring consumers receive an outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.

  • •Have experience supporting stockroom procedures and operational processes in retail.
