Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Americas FX, EM Rates and Commodities COO with business analytics, business planning, project delivery tracking, and business performance management.
  • •Drive business development and strategy to support growth of products across the region, implementing a cross-regional operating model with trading, sales, and global business managers.
  • •Deliver new products as required, including obtaining internal approvals and overseeing technical delivery with internal stakeholders.
  • •Identify opportunities to enhance commodity products to meet customer needs through partnership with sales and client visits as appropriate.
  • •Own operational risk governance and control for the region, ensuring compliance with bank regulations and representing the region in required governance forums and audits.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 204,326 - 214,326 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce or a related field, plus 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience.
  • •6+ years in operational risk management and control frameworks in a financial institution, including identifying operational risks and implementing controls.
  • •6+ years in business analytics and business planning for financial services, including analyzing performance metrics and tracking initiatives.
  • •Experience delivering products/initiatives in a financial institution by coordinating internal stakeholders to support implementation and approvals.
  • •Experience supporting regulatory and audits, including preparing materials for internal/external audits and participating in governance/control forums.
