Key Responsibilities

•Own and modernize budget management for the AMER media teams, moving reconciliation, PO tracking, transfers, and pacing toward AI-enabled workflows
•Maintain a consolidated view of media budgets accurate to Adobe’s Finance taxonomy for pacing and forecasting in a 9-figure quarterly range
•Extend GMI’s automation and reporting stack to expand coverage and maintain a durable operating model
•Build deep understanding of the business across GMI and act as a trusted finance partner for key decision makers
•Lead quarterly planning and budgeting motions, synthesizing inputs, managing dependencies, and driving alignment to a recommended allocation

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 102,300 - 196,450 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years in FP&A, finance operations, or a related analytical role
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
•Strong budgeting mechanics including reconciliation, variance, pacing, and forecasting
•Proven ability to build relationships across functions and translate numbers into a narrative
•Interest or experience with AI-assisted workflows and automation to streamline finance operations
