Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for technical commercial real estate projects from planning through closeout.
  • •Interface directly with clients to prepare scope, delivery resources, cost estimates/budget, work plan schedules, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Document IT requirements by collaborating with the project team to define technology solutions for upgrades.
  • •Conduct request for proposals and bid evaluations, then recommend qualified resources to clients.
  • •Direct the project delivery team (architects, engineers, and vendors/contractors), track progress/variances, and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
