Key Responsibilities

  • •Open, close, and maintain checking, savings, time deposit, and individual retirement accounts; support safe deposit boxes, savings bonds, credit cards, and basic consumer loans.
  • •Receive and process new client accounts and changes (e.g., name/address/product maintenance) and resolve customer requests and questions promptly.
  • •Identify sales and referral opportunities by profiling clients and using lead lists to generate additional business and meet sales goals.
  • •Maintain customer privacy, ensure accuracy in reports/records and data entry, and complete required daily/monthly logs.
  • •Support banking center operations including year-end reporting/special projects, key/safe deposit key audits, and assist on the teller line if applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
  • •Good understanding of financial services and products provided.
  • •Zero up to 3 years of new account experience.
  • •Complete applicable Personal Banker mentor/learning plans and required training (e.g., Caller Identification Process and Secure code).
  • •Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment including 10-key and telephone.
