Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards across kitchen and food service areas in line with hotel policies and regulations.
  • •Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and utensils, safely use cleaning chemicals, and ensure proper sanitation and storage.
  • •Monitor kitchen stock and supplies and report maintenance or safety concerns.
  • •Support waste management, recycling, garbage disposal area upkeep, and assist with banquet operations and inventory counts.
  • •Comply with attendance and roster requirements and perform additional duties assigned by management to support the Stewarding Department.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to communicate in job-related English.
  • •Ability to count.
  • •High school graduate or equivalent vocational training.
  • •Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning positions.
  • •Knowledge of proper sanitation regulations and chemical handling.
