•Lead the operational excellence of the APAC payroll function for Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, ensuring precision and compliance.
•Drive transition from manual data entry to an automated validation model using automation and AI.
•Champion payroll governance and regional growth, aligning with People Experience and Finance teams.
•Stabilise and refine the Ramco payroll system to improve process effectiveness and reduce teething issues.
•Implement automated integration solutions between Workday and payroll engines and enhance process documentation to reduce bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

•Deep understanding of Australian payroll legislation (Fair Work rules, long service leave, superannuation)
•Proven ability to lead and coach other leaders with a people-first approach
•Strong automation and systems integration mindset, comfortable with AI-enabled solutions
•Experience in a fast-paced, global SaaS/tech environment
•Ability to distill complex payroll/tax information into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
