Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the Regional Director to set objectives and lead regional security operations.
  • •Establish uniform, scalable security programs and influence compliance with site leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • •Conduct security and safety audits, perform security/health & safety assessments, and manage corrective actions.
  • •Manage budgets, security vendors, approve invoices and expenses, and oversee physical security system and policy/procedure management.
  • •Lead incident management and emergency response, investigate policy violations and criminal activity, coordinate with local law enforcement/fire departments, and deliver security training.

Salary: USD 128,000 - 245,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required, with at least 10 years of related work experience, including 5 years in corporate security management.
  • •Proven experience leading corporate security operations, security investigations, and security leadership.
  • •Ability to evaluate risks and influence leadership to build solutions, including incident or crisis management with coordination with emergency services and law enforcement.
  • •Proven track record managing security teams, vendors, and contractors, with expertise in security systems, incident response, and risk management.
  • •Familiarity with security technologies such as surveillance, access control, and alarm systems.
