Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for Global Operations in the Creation Zone, aligning and validating BU demand to support production capacity planning
  • •Ensure BU strategy and requirements are reflected in Sourcing’s seasonal allocation strategy, directing production capacity optimization across development teams
  • •Execute the seasonal tooling authorization process and drive BU Critical Product Review (CPR) with BU partners, including action plan ownership
  • •Drive production-level loading (e.g., Early Buy Ready, product consolidations) and support global planning frameworks while addressing BU-specific needs
  • •Run KPI reporting, secure global availability targets with cross-functional teams, and identify opportunities to optimize BU planning processes

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a business-related field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance), or a combination of relevant education and training
  • •At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • •Strong end-to-end process understanding
  • •Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify issues and proactively drive solutions
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to interact with and influence at management level
