Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the campus team and central staff to advance Menlo Church’s vision
•Implement the Spiritual Formation strategy and guide guests toward deeper involvement
•Be a visible campus presence during program times and build relationships with visitors and volunteers
•Recruit, lead, develop and manage campus ministry leaders and coaches
•Oversee hospitality and guest services, and manage first-time guest follow-up and communications

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree (ministry, biblical & theological studies preferred) or equivalent ministry experience
•Experience working in ministry with diverse cultures, staff or volunteers
•Ability to recruit, develop, and multiply high-capacity volunteers
•Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana, and Planning Center Online
•Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects with high emotional intelligence
