Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Structured Project & Process Execution: apply a disciplined project management thought process to execute large-scale people initiatives with clear steps and timely completion of processes like performance management and calibration cycles
•Workforce Planning & Blueprint Governance: act as gatekeeper for organizational structure and maintain a real-time headcount and blueprint tracking tool
•Operational Support: provide day-to-day HR support, design and maintain policies and processes, including succession planning and KPI modelling
•Cross-Market Relationship Management: build collaborative relationships across operating markets and drive regional process alignment
•Leadership Coaching & Advocacy: coach managers on org design, talent reviews, succession planning, and change management during reorganizations

Key Requirements

•8+ years of total HR or HR Consultancy experience; at least 5+ years operating as a dedicated People Partner
•Structured, systematic mindset with ability to manage complex timelines and translate ambiguous briefs into operational workflows
•Matrix experience—navigating global or highly matrixed organizations and influencing stakeholders across regions
•Data literacy with analytics knowledge focused on workforce planning and people metrics
•Exceptional stakeholder management with strong communication to influence senior leadership and C-level stakeholders
