Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and run onboarding programs that quickly make new EMEA sales hires productive.
  • •Build ongoing training and certification paths to keep reps effective beyond their first 90 days.
  • •Partner with local sales leadership to identify skill and knowledge gaps tied to EMEA revenue expansion goals.
  • •Localize and adapt enablement content, playbooks, and messaging for EMEA markets and buyer contexts.
  • •Run call coaching, roleplay, and skill-building sessions; track outcomes against ramp time and revenue metrics and adjust as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Understand what it’s like to carry a number and work a deal (sales experience preferred).
  • •Around 3 years of enablement experience is a plus, or a strong sales background with an interest in enablement.
  • •A track record of building trusted, close working relationships with sales leaders.
  • •Comfort designing and delivering training content such as workshops, coaching frameworks, or certification programs.
  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team.
