Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement tailored strategies and business models for clients in an international project environment.
  • •Assume responsibility for one or more project modules or lead smaller projects, including building the project structure and formulating solutions.
  • •Interact directly with clients at management level and guide module teams (clients and colleagues).
  • •Prepare and hold client presentations, support Partners/Principals for client meetings, and lead client interviews.
  • •Contribute to business development and acquisition approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •6–8 years of strategy consulting experience and/or 6–10 years in relevant industry roles, ideally within industrial sectors (e.g., automotive, electronics/semiconductors, chemicals, manufacturing).
  • •Outstanding undergraduate and graduate academic credentials; an MBA from a top-tier institution and international experience are advantageous.
  • •Experience across emerging markets, including Southeast Asia, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills (written and verbal).
  • •Impressive analytical and conceptual skills with experience leading work streams, plus leadership potential and teamwork.
