Job Summary

Partner with business stakeholders to support, monitor, and improve global finance processes within SAP FICO. Lead ERP activities from requirements through design, development, and implementation, including FRICE for forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions. Drive process re-engineering and adoption of standard work, manage data conversion and validation, perform testing and cutover planning, and deliver super user training for FICO programs.

•Lead functional activities for large ERP implementations from requirements gathering through design, development, and implementation.
•Provide technical leadership for FRICE work (forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions) for FICO to meet business and project scope.
•Maintain the enterprise application solution by coordinating design requirements and FRICE development through deployments, including CAB reviews.
•Assist with business process re-engineering using SAP ECC FICO capabilities to improve productivity and drive adoption of standard work, functionality, and data standards.
•Own process and data analysis including data clean-up, conversion, validation, testing, cutover planning, and super user training and training materials.

•5–7 years of ERP implementation experience with at least 2 full implementation life cycles.
•3–5 years configuring SAP FICO and hands-on experience with Finance and Controlling processes; knowledge of closely related modules.
