Key Responsibilities

  • •Support supplier process assessments and site visits by collecting technical data and observations.
  • •Assist with supplier assessment reports, development actions, and gate evidence; maintain status records.
  • •Support preparation of work instructions, manufacturing routings, operation sheets, and review documentation completeness.
  • •Perform time studies, cycle-time measurements, and manufacturing data collection; support process capability studies and analysis.
  • •Assist with FAI/PPAP readiness and evidence collation, first-off part reviews, and root-cause corrective-action tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing or Materials Engineering.
  • •0–3 years’ experience; manufacturing internships or graduate placements are advantageous.
  • •Foundational understanding of machining and sheet-metal manufacturing processes.
  • •Ability to read engineering drawings with foundational GD&T knowledge.
  • •Familiarity with inspection, non-conformance, and root cause analysis.
