Key Responsibilities

  • •Automation Design & Implementation: Identify manual, repetitive, and time-consuming tasks across operations; design and implement automation workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • •Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements through automation; reduce bottlenecks, manual errors, and turnaround times.
  • •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all teams to understand automation needs and drive alignment.
  • •Rollout Support: Support rollout of new tools, systems, and workflows with an automation-first mindset.
  • •Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine and optimize automation processes based on performance.

Key Requirements

  • •0-1 years of experience in automation, process improvement, or systems operations
  • •Experience in B2B SaaS, tech-enabled services, marketplaces, or F&B tech is a strong plus
