Define and execute Fresha’s global financial strategy to support fast-paced growth and expansion. Own forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance across accounting, regulatory requirements, and taxes. Lead investor relations, capital structuring, and M&A evaluation, including post-acquisition integration into finance systems. Build and develop a high-performing global finance team while partnering with executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights and drive finance technology and automation improvements.
