Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute Fresha’s financial strategy aligned with growth objectives.
  • •Set financial goals and KPIs, and lead budgeting and forecasting across the organisation.
  • •Oversee accurate financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting; monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
  • •Manage investor relations and evaluate M&A opportunities, including modelling, valuation, due diligence, and negotiation support.
  • •Build and lead a high-performing global finance team; partner with executive leadership and implement finance technology and automation solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; Master’s or CPA/ACA/ACCA is highly desirable.
  • •10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • •At least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive finance position.
  • •Deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, financial modelling, reporting, and accounting standards.
  • •Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and performance drivers.
