Auto Repair Specialist I

Perform diagnostic, mechanical, and cosmetic repairs on customer and internal vehicles while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Inspect vehicles for CarMax Quality Standards and complete state inspections when required. Manage repair orders and documentation accurately, maintain a clean workspace using 5S and safety protocols, and follow Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements. Provide leadership and functional expertise to support associates and managers across the store.
