Key Responsibilities

  • •Decide what data means by evaluating sources, resolving conflicts, and modeling entities and relationships for trusted downstream use.
  • •Explore and build new data products by prototyping models, testing with real usage, and taking ideas into product experiences.
  • •Build and evolve the shared foundation for data landing, modeling/versioning, release evaluation, and delivery to customers.
  • •Own how data is served, supporting interactive search, enrichment lookups, large result sets, alerts for changes, and predictable performance.
  • •Measure and improve quality (coverage, correctness, freshness, and traceability), building harnesses that determine whether model outputs are good enough to ship.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of hands-on engineering experience building products customers rely on.
  • •Experience driving end-to-end product ownership as a product-minded engineer.
  • •Ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional technical work from problem framing through delivery.
  • •Strong communication skills, expressing nuanced ideas clearly for different audiences and prioritizing curiosity in disagreements.
  • •Comfort with SQL and Python and reasoning about data models, distributed jobs, lineage, and failure recovery.
