Key Responsibilities

  • •AI agent and workflow development — design and build reusable AI-powered tools to encode repeatable finance workflows (revenue analysis, cost monitoring, earnings prep, headcount tracking) using CoCo and SnowWork.
  • •Prompt and skill structuring — write and iterate on YAML/Markdown skill files based on output quality and stakeholder feedback.
  • •Finance analytics — build and maintain quarterly and weekly revenue summary pipelines and support sensitivity analysis models.
  • •Semantic layer and application development — build semantic data models and deploy production finance dashboards (Streamlit) and related UI components.
  • •Earnings and reporting automation — participate in earnings cycle prep, automate exports, and support IR data needs.

Salary: USD 114,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •AI-assisted development — you have used an AI coding assistant as your primary development tool on a daily basis and can produce production-ready outputs.
  • •Prompt engineering and skill authoring — you can write structured prompts (YAML + Markdown) that route correctly most of the time and encode domain knowledge.
  • •Python — modern, type-hinted, readable; experience building Python-based applications and data pipelines.
  • •SQL — proficient with window functions and incremental pipeline patterns; able to write complex SQL without looking up syntax.
  • •Data modeling fundamentals — understanding semantic layers and building models that non-technical users can query in plain English.
