Crew Leader (Manheim)

Coach driver teams at Manheim’s multi-acre auction lot to safely move thousands of vehicles. Make second-to-second strategy decisions, train new drivers, and monitor safety procedures while ensuring auctions are staffed and vehicles are in the right stock number locations. Coordinate with the lot manager and quadrant coordinator, transport drivers/customers as scheduled, and perform daily van maintenance including cleaning and routine oil changes.
