Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track machine service intervals.
  • •Diagnose root causes and determine corrective actions for equipment issues using real-time data across many makes/models.
  • •Perform safe maintenance and repair on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation of work performed and assist with parts ordering.
  • •Support pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts; assist with training lower-level technicians as needed.
