Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to Aon Australia’s largest global and corporate aviation clients, delivering specialist aviation insurance solutions and insights. Drive new business and growth by managing a portfolio of complex aviation accounts, developing renewal and servicing strategies, and producing market research and updates. Collaborate across Aon’s branch network and international markets, build pipeline growth, and coach ACS support staff to enhance client experience and branch revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Generate new aviation business directly and through the branch network.
•Provide insight on aviation risks for Aon Australia’s largest global and corporate clients and deliver specialist aviation advice.
•Develop renewal strategies and manage aviation specialty renewals and new business via key client meetings.
•Maintain strong working relationships with London and international insurers, and produce aviation market research, analysis, and market updates for clients and the network.
•Manage the specialist aviation client portfolio, stakeholder relationships, pipeline/team growth strategy, and coach ACS support staff.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in aviation insurance, including managing complex aviation programs and specialist aviation clients.
•Proven success developing new and profitable business with a sustainable pipeline.
•Ability to develop and execute renewal and servicing strategies that enhance the client experience.
•Excellent relationship management across internal networks, senior stakeholders, and international insurance markets (including London).
•Leadership capability to coach and develop support staff while contributing to team and business strategy.
