Job Summary

Drive end-to-end projects for the Investments and Operations value chain with a focus on the Private Markets platform. Own new fund and vehicle launches, and help design, implement, and improve operational requirements, investment features, and functionalities across the Investment Management lifecycle. Partner with domain experts and stakeholders, account for IT plus accounting, legal, tax, risk, and regulatory constraints, and shape the target operating model through technology and data solution design.

•Liaise with domain experts and business stakeholders to develop and implement innovative products and functional enhancements.
•Deliver projects and product launches while considering IT and accounting, legal, tax, risk, and regulatory constraints (timeframe, budget, scope).
•Potentially manage larger programs or sub-projects shaping the target operating model for Private Markets.
•Develop operational models and workflows and design technology and data solutions to meet requirements and fit the overall operating model.
•Identify strengths and weaknesses in the product offering and recommend new approaches.

Key Requirements

•Solid understanding of the Investment Management business and front-, middle and back-office value chain, with first experience in private markets investment products.
•Knowledge of the regulatory framework for investment managers, insurance investors, and Private Markets Investment Funds (Europe, especially Luxembourg).
•Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
•IT programming skills (Python, SQL, etc.) would be an asset.
•At least 3 years of experience in management or IT consulting, or working in relevant departments of an Alternative Investment Management Company.
