Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical delivery and client relationships for high-profile Defence asset management engagements, including profitability and key project metrics.
  • •Identify and secure new opportunities in the Defence sector using your knowledge and network.
  • •Shape solutions to meet client needs and manage delivery teams to achieve outcomes.
  • •Advise senior leaders and executives on business direction and developing internal capabilities.
  • •Develop and manage key Defence sector relationships, drive thought leadership, and manage/coaching/mentoring of team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong Defence background with a strong track record working in the Ministry of Defence.
