Test Engineer III - (E3)

Own sustaining support for deployed test fixtures to minimize downtime and customer impact. Coordinate and execute test fixture PM/calibration activities, lead maintenance and new fixture design implementation, and track performance metrics. Drive documentation, issue closure, engineering change requests, and ePLC deliverables, including root-cause corrective actions and failure analysis. Interface with other test engineers and business unit customers, estimate fixture manufacturing cost, and mentor/train lower-level engineers while applying DFx principles.
