Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as second-in-command to the SSP Manager, assuming full managerial responsibilities during absences.
  • •Oversee administrative operations including personnel records, incident documentation, training compliance, shift reports, and inventory tracking.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate completion of SSP documentation, reports, and logs.
  • •Lead cross-shift coordination to standardize operations and communication protocols across the region.
  • •Mentor SSP Supervisors and Leads and oversee escalated personnel matters including coaching and progressive discipline documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to support documentation, compliance, and training requirements across shift operations.
  • •Experience overseeing incident management, emergency response coordination, and radio communications.
