Key Responsibilities

  • •Own features end-to-end from scoping to delivery, estimating effort, and shipping to deadline.
  • •Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to code and design review cycles.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Design, and domain experts to translate complex regulatory workflows into reliable software.
  • •Integrate AI capabilities and LLMs into user-facing features, including prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation.
  • •Shape product direction and ensure features meet the UK principles-based regulatory environment.

Key Requirements

  • •3–4 years of experience in product or full-stack engineering
  • •Strong hands-on experience with Go and/or TypeScript in production environments
  • •Experience building AI-powered product features, LLM integration, prompt engineering, or delivering AI outputs in a user-facing context
  • •Ability to write maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code across backend and frontend services
  • •Strong product instincts and collaboration with cross-functional teams
