Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in daily THINK/TRACK meetings and weekly safety meetings while ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.
•Walk and monitor the asphalt plant during production to identify issues and assist in efficient plant operations.
•Perform daily maintenance pre-checks, maintain equipment in safe working order, and carry out plant maintenance and repairs as needed.
•Prepare the plant for seasonal start-up and perform end-of-season shut down procedures.
•Operate equipment as needed (e.g., front end loader, skidsteer, end dump truck) and use hand/power tools; assist with material delivery and job site clean-up.
