COST CONTROL ENGINEER

Prepare detailed work budgets and value engineering/budget scenarios, and support project budget and cost control for medium-size projects. Own timely forecast cost updates on monthly/weekly intervals, process and analyze tender, progress, and actuals data, and produce budget reports comparing cost vs. earned value. Assist with cost control reports, visit project sites, coordinate with project teams, and ensure accurate documentation for internal and external audits using InEight.
