Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide pregnancy, birth, and postpartum doula support to clients.
  • •Partner with Loula as an independent contractor within a non-exclusive network.
  • •Accept client referrals through Loula’s client referral/doula matching program.
  • •Focus on delivering care while Loula handles Medicaid enrollment, credentialing, insurance verification, medical billing, and payment.
  • •Determine how many clients/visits you take on (no minimums).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training and attended 3 births as a doula, OR 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •Ability to complete Loula’s interest form and pass basic screening to schedule an introductory call.
