Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the design, development, testing, and documentation of AI-enabled solutions and agents for Financial Crimes Risk Management.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, understand stakeholder pain points, and translate them into product opportunities and requirements.
  • •Map relationships across regulatory requirements, processes, risks, controls, data, and technology to identify gaps and remediation opportunities.
  • •Evaluate emerging AI technologies (including Generative AI and machine learning) to improve decision support, analyst workflows, operational effectiveness, and remediation outcomes.
  • •Develop product requirements, user stories, business cases, success metrics, and communicate results through executive-ready presentations and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in business, economics, finance, risk management, data analytics, computer science, technology, or a related field.
  • •Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • •Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information into actionable insights.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the United States is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
