Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise Counter Fraud file handlers using the relevant competency framework and ensure accurate technical development records are maintained.
  • •Mentor and coach file handlers to extend technical knowledge, adopt profitable practices, and handle cases effectively.
  • •Assist with pre-audit assessments for external and internal client audits.
  • •Identify training requirements and feed them back to the appropriate Team Leader and Technical Manager; develop new starters to achieve financial authority.
  • •Manage escalations for strategic litigation and oversee reduced caseloads of non-delegated specialist claims, including compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct 2016 and Keoghs Values.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified solicitor / CILEX with necessary practice rights (CILEX Lawyers considered).
  • •Experience handling Defendant motor claims with Counter Fraud experience.

  • •Ability to plan and prioritise workloads, remain calm under pressure, and comply with deadlines.
