Job Summary

As an Assembler II, you’ll perform repetitive assembly tasks using basic hand tools to build temperature controlled storage units, refrigerators/freezers, and thawing systems. You’ll follow work instructions, troubleshoot equipment failures, and complete device history records (DHR) and nonconformance records in line with FDA GMP requirements. Cross-trained on specialty functions and expected to maintain safety, reliable attendance, quality work, and continuous improvement participation.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform repetitive assembly tasks using basic hand tools to build temperature controlled storage units, refrigerators/freezers, and thawing systems.
•Use specified assembly processes such as brazing, evacuation leak testing and charging, final test, wiring, foaming, and sheet metal assembly.
•Troubleshoot equipment failures and record measurements as needed.
•Ensure DHR completion and complete nonconformance records according to established procedures and GMP requirements.
•Train new employees and follow work instructions to determine the required process.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Prior experience of at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
•Ability to comply with workplace safety procedures.
•Regular and reliable attendance, including punctuality and scheduled overtime.
•Ability to complete all Assembler I responsibilities in addition to Assembler II responsibilities.
•Ability to record measurements and complete device history records (DHR) according to FDA GMP requirements.
