Own product areas across BJAK’s finance super app, from insurance and payments to savings, investing, and travel. Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans; translate complex financial concepts into simple customer journeys. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to launch, monitor performance, learn from feedback and research, and iterate continuously.

•Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services.
•Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
•Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
•Turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
•Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations using data, feedback, and research.

Key Requirements

•Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or similar role.
•Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
•Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship real products.
•Comfort with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
•Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products is a strong advantage.
