Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop and maintain robust backend systems and scalable data pipelines across fintech platforms.
  • •Collaborate with finance teams, fintech product owners, and other stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
  • •Ensure performance, reliability, and observability of systems through monitoring and incident response.
  • •Mentor team members and contribute to improving engineering practices and standards.
  • •Lead cross-functional initiatives and contribute to shaping product and technology strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience with strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Scala, or C# and a track record of building high-performance applications in production
  • •Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and real-time processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark) and strong SQL/data architecture knowledge
  • •Experience designing, developing, and maintaining platforms, data pipelines and data storage solutions for complex data collection, processing and analysis
  • •Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies and with CI/CD
  • •Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and a passion for mentoring others
