Job Summary

Deliver independent quality control across Helios Towers’ operating companies by running technical audits, site inspections, and quality sampling for construction, maintenance, and upgrades. Identify and escalate quality risks, defects, and non-conformities, support root cause investigations, and track corrective actions. Analyze inspection data to surface trends and improvements while partnering with Engineering, Operations, SHEQ, and managed service providers to strengthen governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver independent quality control sampling across construction, maintenance, and upgrade activities.
•Conduct site inspections, desktop audits, and virtual quality assessments to verify standards and specifications.
•Identify, document, and escalate quality risks, defects, and non-conformities, supporting root cause investigations.
•Monitor corrective actions through to completion and analyze inspection data for trends and continual improvement.
•Produce evidence-based audit reports and quality insights, partnering with Engineering, Operations, SHEQ, and managed service providers.

Key Requirements

•Degree or Higher National Diploma in engineering, telecommunications, construction management, quality management, or a related technical discipline.
•At least 7 years’ experience in telecommunications infrastructure, engineering, construction, maintenance, or quality assurance.
•Experience conducting technical inspections, audits, or quality assurance activities.
•Strong knowledge of telecommunications site build and maintenance standards, including assessing contractor performance against technical and contractual requirements.
•Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills with high attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and compliance.
