Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver independent quality control sampling across construction, maintenance, and upgrade activities.
  • •Conduct site inspections, desktop audits, and virtual quality assessments to verify standards and specifications.
  • •Identify, document, and escalate quality risks, defects, and non-conformities, supporting root cause investigations.
  • •Monitor corrective actions through to completion and analyze inspection data for trends and continual improvement.
  • •Produce evidence-based audit reports and quality insights, partnering with Engineering, Operations, SHEQ, and managed service providers.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Higher National Diploma in engineering, telecommunications, construction management, quality management, or a related technical discipline.
  • •At least 7 years’ experience in telecommunications infrastructure, engineering, construction, maintenance, or quality assurance.
  • •Experience conducting technical inspections, audits, or quality assurance activities.
  • •Strong knowledge of telecommunications site build and maintenance standards, including assessing contractor performance against technical and contractual requirements.
  • •Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills with high attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and compliance.
