Lead day-to-day operations of the outlet’s food and beverage venues in Abu Dhabi, ensuring best-in-class guest service while meeting operational standards. Key Responsibilities

•Plan, organize, and control day-to-day outlet activities to provide efficient service that exceeds guest expectations.
•Supervise the team daily, ensuring guest areas are staffed and functioning efficiently, and manage the day-to-day running of TG F&B outlets.
•Implement and maintain operating standards to improve profitability, while maximizing revenue and profit.
•Ensure safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained and comply with fire regulations and company procedures.
•Manage staffing and operations through rosters, briefings, personnel projections, and reporting work problems or guest complaints to management.

Key Requirements

•Ability to interact with guests and colleagues at all levels in a multi-cultural environment.
•Ability to take operating decisions related to food and beverage within established guidelines, procedures, and parameters.
•Ability to adapt to department SOPs for food preparation, service, and delivery according to company standards.
•Ability to provide management support for special projects or functions related to Dubai Golf.
•Ability to delegate tasks where possible.
