Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and drive projects related to limnology and permit assessment, coordinating all involved competencies to deliver client solutions
•Coordinate with specialists across disciplines (e.g., hydraulic engineering, electrical power, maritime works) and support continuous technical development
•Work on MKB and permit handling including 11th chapter permit processes and re-permitting for hydropower, as well as investigations and inventories in watercourses and lakes
•Contribute to team knowledge sharing and mentor junior staff within the group
•Communicate effectively in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, with clients and stakeholders

Key Requirements

•Academic university-level degree in natural sciences, limnology, or civil engineering within environmental and water technology or equivalent
•Experience with permitting for aquatic environments (e.g., consultation and MKB), and environmental regulation related to water bodies
•Ability to lead and drive projects and coordinate multiple competencies (e.g., electrical power, water construction, hydraulics)
•Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
•Willingness to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and contribute to technical development
