Job Summary

Join a Health & Benefits team within Human Capital Solutions to manage and grow a portfolio of Accident & Health (A&H) insurance clients. You’ll support delivery of solutions aligned to client outcomes, prospect for new business while extending services to existing clients, negotiate with A&H insurance markets, and use data and analytics to deliver insights and inform marketing strategies. Reporting to the Client Director, you’ll design client service plans to improve outcomes and retention.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and grow a portfolio of Health & Benefits clients with a focus on Accident & Health insurance.
•Grow the client book through new business prospecting and extending services to existing clients.
•Engage in and negotiate with applicable Accident & Health insurance markets.
•Use data and analytics to provide insights to clients and support marketing strategies.
•Design and execute client service plans and develop solutions to improve client outcomes and retention.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience working in Accident & Health insurance for insurers, consulting/broking companies, and/or financial advisers.
•Knowledge of employee benefits programs and the related legislative requirements.
•Proven ability to manage multiple consulting engagements for a diverse range of clients.
•High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
•Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite and in-house designed databases).
