Job Summary

Coordinate and support OT operations at the Neu-Ulm site, partnering with Production, Logistics, and Aftersales to keep systems running and improve capabilities. Own OT application rollouts, software updates, backups, and testing, coordinate machine access rights, and ensure OT Security policies are implemented. Conduct audits, document vulnerabilities into risk management, and support security-critical incidents through analysis and cross-functional alignment.

•Support maintenance activities for Production, Logistics, and Aftersales within Operational Technology (OT).
•Introduce and manage OT applications: perform tests and rollouts, implement software on managed assets, and conduct updates and backups even in critical production environments.
•Coordinate access rights for machines and plants.
•Implement and monitor OT Security guidelines, including component risk analyses and system-wide evaluations; drive vulnerability documentation into the risk management process and plan mitigation measures.
•Support OT modernization and change activities: define requirements based on current directives, coordinate communication with manufacturers and third parties, and contribute to audits and security-critical incident analysis.

Key Requirements

•Completed degree in automation technology, IT security, information science, engineering, or a comparable field.
•Ideal certifications such as COSTE (e.g., TÜV), IEC 62443, ISO 27001, FICSP, CISSP, or similar OT-Security evidence.
•Several years of experience in maintenance planning focused on machines, systems, control systems, and networks.
•Several years of professional experience in OT Security and industrial IT security, including digitization in production, logistics, and aftersales.
•Very good German and English skills in written and spoken form.
