Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience as an engineering manager, with 5+ years prior experience as a software engineer or data engineer.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with Python and Apache Spark.
  • •Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and data technologies including Databricks, Delta Lake, Flink, or Pinot/Druid.
  • •Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous situations and guide engineering execution without dedicated project managers.
  • •Track record building and maintaining reliable, large-scale data pipelines and foundational datasets.
