Resource Advisor (Finance Lead)

Manage financial oversight for the program by monitoring spend plans, obligations, expenditures, and burn rates against funding thresholds and cost controls. Ensure compliance with contractual financial reporting requirements, and promptly notify the Government COR and Technical Leads when limits are reached or adjustments are needed. Prepare and submit accurate invoices and financial reports, support forecasting and budget planning, and maintain documentation while identifying and mitigating funding risks.
