Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain program management plans aligned to program requirements and company policies.
  • •Maintain day-to-day program cadence (risk review boards, customer reviews, failure review boards, milestones, and decision reviews) to achieve contract commitments.
  • •Track and oversee performance assessment: collect, analyze, and store measurement data; support corrective actions with program leads and CPTs.
  • •Manage program risk and opportunities in alignment with financial goals and obligations, including effective action item tracking and closure.
  • •Support contract proposal processes (bidding, gating, negotiation, contract definitization, and start-up efforts) and ensure RLPM gate process compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree (or equivalent experience) with 10+ years of prior relevant experience (or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years).
  • •Experience preparing proposals and/or gate packages.
  • •Experience with program management tools, including EVMS and/or risk and opportunity management, and/or IMP/IMS development.
  • •Supply chain or logistics management experience.
  • •Ability to operate independently. (Preferred, but included in qualifications we must have.)
