Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist multiple Wealth Advisors in a select geography, including identifying new wealth prospects and developing pitch books.
  • •Develop and deepen client relationships through needs-based, high-level service and delivery of the Truist Wealth solutions suite.
  • •Coordinate comprehensive wealth management advice and solutions using objective personal financial planning and advisory concepts.
  • •Support business development efforts by working with internal and external partners and centers of influence.
  • •Maintain legal, operating, and regulatory controls; complete required in-person, online, and virtual training sessions; progress toward a Wealth Advisor role after 18–24 months.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required with an overall minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • •Strong networking, business development, and relationship-building skills.
  • •Obtain and maintain required licenses during the first 130 days (SIE, Series 7, 63, 65, Life, Health, Variable).
  • •FINRA maintains proper licenses (Series 7, Series 66, SIE as applicable) and applicable insurance licenses, with timelines to transfer/acquire registrations.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products.
